I took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma to Mark to evaluate and repair a decent sized dent in the left rear fender ,between the rear wheel well and taillight assembly, also a related small notch(dent) on the bottom of the panel.

“Mark the Magician,” and yes he is 5 stars all the way. Mark is an absolute expert at what he does. I’ve had him fix several of my vehicles over the past few years, from door dings to dents. This last time, someone ran into my SUV in the airport parking deck while I was traveling on business and dented the rear driver’s side door pretty good. It’s amazing to watch him work. He is completely up front about what he can and can’t do, but has exceeded my expectations every time, and at a fraction of the cost of a body shop. There isn’t anyone else I would call but Mark, and you won’t have to either.

I was at the dry cleaners and someone pulled up right next to my car and door dinged the side of my car very badly. I was worried they might have cracked the clear coat. I had a dent caused by a car door being opened into the right front fender of my Highlander. The dent was perpendicular to the crease line of the fender. Mark was able to restore it to 100% normal. I really appreciated the great job he did!

A few months after buying a new car, someone in a parking lot opened their door into mine (leaving a 1-2 inch dent). Mark deserves more than 5 stars but the system allows giving only 5 stars. His work is outstanding and he is super honest. His prices are unbeatable and very reasonable and his quote was much cheaper than other places for a dent work in my Nissan SUV. He has a very thorough knowledge about the subject and he always wants to complete the job with quality. My vehicle had a deep dent caused by hitting a sharp corner of a metal TV-cable box attached to an exterior wall next to my garage. Mark said that the dent cannot be completely removed because it was too deep and the paint was peeled off and also it had almost made a tiny hole so the shape of the metal has become irreversible. When I requested, he still worked on it and made the dent less visible and noticeable. He refused to take money when I tried to pay him and I was shocked to see a person with such outstanding and good qualities in this money-hungry modern society. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a quality and reasonable dent repair work.

I met Mark after a number of larger “pdr” companies either never called back, didn’t show or gave extremely high estimates. I got tired of dealing with them. Mark is about the nicest, customer oriented guy you could meet. Being a good guy is all good, but does he do a good job? I am the most picky guy you could ever meet and I drive people who do work for me nuts. One time I had to tell Mark, “come on man, that’s perfect!” And he wasn’t satisfied because with his trained eye, he could still see a flaw and worked at it until HE was satisfied!
